Installation
We excavate, set the tank, run the lines and build the field to the filed design.
Sign-off
Once the system is in, it is certified with Interior Health and you get the paperwork for your records.

A few things people ask before a new system goes in.
Do I need a permit for a new septic system in BC?+
Yes. In BC a new or replacement septic system has to be designed and filed with Interior Health by an authorized person, such as a registered onsite wastewater practitioner (ROWP), before construction starts. We coordinate that step for you.
Do you replace old or failing septic systems?+
Yes. We replace failed tanks, lines and fields. If you are not sure what is wrong, start with a pump-out so the tank and lines can be checked.
How much does a septic installation cost?+
Every site is different. Soil, access, house size and the type of system all set the price, so we quote once we know the property.

Your address, whether it is a new build or a replacement, and any existing system plans or property drawings you have.
